Introduction to Agility
One of the most fun and rewarding activities we have to offer is Agility. Teaching you and your dog to work together as a team will help to promote that special bond between you.
To be able to work with your dog at speed with a wide variety of commands and tasks is one of the ultimate challenges in Agility.
We have a range of days and times for group sessions, both evenings and weekends, we are also able to offer individual tuition should you wish to train on a one to one basis.
When you and your dog start agility with us we will teach you the very basics in our six week starters course. The course covers the foundations of agility, giving both you and your dog the skills and understanding to progress into our more advanced classes.
All starter classes are kept to a maximum of 6 dogs per instructor with all dogs starting at the same level.
The starting age for any breed of dog is around 12 months. There is no upper age limit as long as the dog is fully fit and healthy. We adjust the equipment heights to take into account the safety and size of the dogs, from Chihuahua to Weimaraner and all between.
